Branch Manager

Position Overview:

Lit Financial is looking for driven, licensed mortgage professionals ready to take ownership of their business and earnings. As a Branch Manager, you will have access to a vast network of qualified lenders — giving you the tools to find the right solution for every client. This is your business to build. Whether you want to close a few deals a month or scale a high-volume operation, Lit Financial gives you the platform, the products, and the freedom to do it your way.

This is a 100% commission role as a 1099 team member. Your income is tied directly to your production — the more you close, the more you earn. Top performers at Lit Financial earn six figures and beyond.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in securing mortgage financing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products
  • Prospect and develop relationships with new borrower clients
  • Match clients to the best loan program across our lender marketplace
  • Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application and approval process
  • Analyze financial documents and determine loan eligibility
  • Build and maintain a referral network with realtors and other partners
  • Stay current on loan programs, rates, and industry regulations


 

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS license required
  • 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator preferred
  • Solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations
  • Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Responsible for maintaining own state licensing and continuing education
